What do you think of this suspicious 1889 CC? Genuine or Counterfeit?

So a couple things that jump out at me right away with this coin even with the poor photos.
The toning appears to have been painted on the coin, it doesnt seem natural.
The look of the observe is off.
the breast on the rear appears to have the known counterfeit strike.
Its a brand new seller with no feedback. either score or get burned and more likely it is a burn.
What do yall think genuine or counterfeit?

There's a reason that most coins are in the slabs they are in or not. This one is not. And the seller has 0 feedback. What could go wrong?

A snip of the questioned listings would have been valuable.
poof its gone
I see similar comments posted fairly frequently. However, there are so many counterfeits floating around that it's usually quite easy to find images of numerous other examples.
