This PCGS XF45 Oregon Ten has a Price Guide value of $280,000, and PCGS doesn't list any MS coins, so I think there's some room above bullion value for MS restrikes.

No real movement as of now. I have the gold sourced, but due to Covid the OHS is flush with relief money and are slow boating.
