Tracking a Shipment From Heritage

Pnies20Pnies20 Posts: 2,480 ✭✭✭✭✭

Is there a way to track your shipment in the mail at heritage? I’d like to know where it’s at in its journey if I’ve gotta wait 2 weeks. I sent a message asking this question and it said someone would respond within two weeks LOL.....

Yes. You should get an email confirmation when they ship and you can track through that link

Feel free to email me the particulars at: mfeld@ha.com and I’ll see what I can find out on Monday.

Not seeing anything that shows tracking of the package through the mail.

Will do. Have had some mail mishaps recently so I’m just paranoid.

Every time Heritage sends me something, I always get an email with the Tracking Number. Makes it easy to follow. Usually, everything I get from them is sent FedEx Overnight and there's never been a problem.

If you go to your order and open the one in question it should have a link to the shipping info.

I agree. Pricey shipping. But usually reliable. Good luck.

If you click on "My Heritage" in the top right and then click on "My Orders" in the dropdown menu, you'll get to a screen with all of your invoices. There should be a column for "tracking" in the invoice section.

If you go to HA.com, Heritage will show you the tracking number under "My Heritage" > "My Orders".

It can take Heritage some time before they ship it so you may not see a number if it hasn't shipped yet.

Just bought 3 at auction on Wednesday. Tracking # on my invoice.

It depends on what you bought, at this time it might takes one month for HA to ship. My last auction took HA a month to ship (Art item).

Thanks for the tip - I was wondering about tracking similar to the OP question. :+1:
