1971s Kennedy - is it really PR69 CAM?

This coin is being offered on ebay and is graded by PCGS as PR69 CAM.
The picture is OK -- good enough so that it is very hard to believe it is PR69 -- isn't that a reed mark on in front of Kennedy's ear -- it doesn't seem to be on the slab?
Also, is this really CAM?
In any case, JFK proofs are quite an interesting subject; it has taken more than 50 years for me to appreciate that.

The mark appears to be on the coin, which doesn’t look cameo. But that could be the imaging. Link?

This is about the last year before thy went to modern day die prep. This makes it a tough date in heavy cameo as dies wore quickly. That said I think you should look for one in 68 Ultra Cameo or Deep Cameo and recognize that 69 Ultra Cameo may be too expensive.
Here's the ebay listing:

Based on his listings, seller looks perfectly legit. Unfortunately, the PCGS cert lookup doesn’t include a picture of the coin.

may be on the holder, maybe not
hard to tell.
if you have to have it, get them to polish the slab
I came back.... the photo makes me wonder if it is CAM
Thanks everyone. I agree, it looks like the seller is legit, but it sure is surprising that PCGS call it CAM. Although I don't need the coin ... I'm now so curious I think I'll bid on it!
I wonder if the lighting may be affecting the visual look of the coin. If the ear marks are on the coin it would make it difficult to agree with the grade. If not, then 69 might not be a bad call.

If I were interested in the coin, I’d contact the seller, before bidding. I’d ask about the apparent mark and whether the images accurately portray the (lack of) contrast. If he says no to the latter, I’d ask for another picture.

@MFeld - your suggestion is much too logical! I need the entertainment value (suspense!) of buying the coin in my current state of ignorance.
In that case, please accept my apology.😉

It sure does not look CAM in the pictures.... Not sure about the 'ear'... Cheers, RickO
