Yes, for 1999 it would be a 90% silver piece. It would have the same weight as a 1964 Kennedy.

the easiest way to check this is a ring test.

Another way to check is put a clad kennedy and this one you posted next to each other. Take a small piece of toilet paper and lay over both. The clad will look gray colored and the silver will look white.

I think my wife buys the thick stuff. Works better with thinner TP. Lol
