Customer Service Please :)

PCGS just renewed my membership but at the middle level and not Platinum as it was.
Is there a way to upgrade on the website? Call volume is maxed and I have sent an email.
Problem is my current order says "Arrived" and I want the extra 4 vouchers to apply to the order.

[email protected] - The one on the page where you can click on platinum where it say call us to renew. And it brings up a contact form. Funny thing is I just got an email that my order is in the system now, where it shows your particular coins.

I'm assuming they'll figure it out or we can level up at check out time. I hope.

After a few days with no reply you'll wish you had just called.
If I call, it may take a few days anyway
I called Friday and there was like 70 people in front of me. Today it wouldn't even say how many, It just said the call log is FULL. Good news however, the package has been received after arriving only on the 6th so, they are catching up. (based on the other thread with 2 months wait time).
I called at nine a.m. last Monday morning and I was number 100 in queue.
I left my number and received a return call at four p.m.
I got great customer service.
They are busy as heck at the plant but they called me back. Coins are only a hobby for me so the time was a non issue.
@Swampboy - I'll try that today - I always get great customer service too - Busy is good I get that
Looks like business is good at our hosts facility. That is very good news for the hobby. Cheers, RickO
