Guess the Grade on Two Kennedy 1964 Half dollars

This is just for fun, and yes- it is a bit of a trick question on both.

Coin #1:

This Kennedy had to be sent to PCI twice as they needed some documentation before they would slab it. (This was over twenty-five years ago). It is RED labeled (and I knew it would come back as such):


Coin #2:

The following 1964 Kennedy, I picked up at the Long Beach coin show sometime back in 1988. I sent it to PCI for grading about a year later. I knew it would come back RED labeled:




Again, this is just for fun, as I'd be surprised if anyone really came close. I hope I provided enough hints to at least make it interesting for you.

    They are both graded unable to authenticate.
    [Edited to add] On second thought the D mint coin's problem is environmental damage.
