I’m not a “penny” guy. For some reason I always use the word cents over pennies.
Yes, those are all errors. They are unlabeled 2x2 cardboard holders. They should be labeled. This is an easily corrected error.
There are no obvious issues with those cents... Please provide additional details and better pictures of the area of interest. Cheers, RickO
