Observe appears grainy with that fake toning painted on. Big giveaway is the reverse, it has a 79cc reverse with the known fake diagnostic of the hit in the eagles upper left chest. No 78cc's were struck with 79cc reverse. Could we get some help with this being taken down? and can someone post the pics in the thread for future reference?
