Crossover to NGC, GTG "UPDATE"

I have some NGC credit expiring soon. Ive been meaning to send in my sealed box '19-S ASE ERP and another modern gold coin, but wanted to wait until after the holidays.
The current MS pre33 gold set im building is all NGC holders except for this one PCGS $10 LIB. It was too good of a deal to pass up. I am thinking about sending it in with my submission for a crossover, but wanted some opinions on what you think NGC would grade it at using these pics, without you knowing the grade.
Could some of you experts take a guess and tell me what you think the current PCGS grade is and what you think NGC would think? It would help me in making a decision!

Thanks!!
Derek

Lots of chatter in the fields...soft strike across the hair, or is that wear...MS60 if it goes UNC?

The flaws are magnified by the large images, so I’ll guess 62, shot 61.

I'm gonna go with ms60 also. Not sure why you're asking for 2 different grades.

Im not big into being able to grade coins yet or submitting coins, but i have read that PCGS has higher or different standards than NGC. I was just courious if anyone had opinion on how each company would grade it. I guess i just dont want to send it in if it had a large chance of downgrading.

The difference in value from a 58 to (even) a 62 is very little. If you want the coin in an NGC holder for your set, it seems like a crossover with very little downside.

PCGS (imo) does not have higher standards just different in some areas. As to your coin I cannot tell if there is any rub or not so I'm guessing MS61.

MS62 is the grade. A few of you got it correct. So that's encouraging. I guess now the question is what are my odds of crossing to a 62 NGC with a minimum grade set of 61?

Your odds of crossing straight across as a 62 are high.
See the post by @MFeld explaining why with regard to value. Furthermore, 61’s are typically beat up almost to being a 60, a grade that is “hard to get”.

Since I graded it 62, it’s hard for me to imagine it would grade less than 61.

I did and it makes scene, but of course I would ultimately like a 62. Thank you for your input @CuKevin

It will likely go 62 at NGC because the luster is decent, but a 61 would not be out of the question.
It's a bullion coin essentially; this date is very common.
    My odds: 62 75%, 61 25%

Thanks for the input! It may be common, but its way cooler than a bullion coin to me!
