Hi and Welcome to the Forum.
Nice pictures, but sorry, not the variety for the 1970d. Not worth sending in. Keep searching, though. Buy yourself a Coin book. Preferably, the Red book. or even The Cherry Pickers' Guide. Focusing on the coins you're interested in. I love the varieties in the Washington Quarters. Good Luck. Better Luck next time. Don't be a stranger here.
One more Thing... Don't let anyone scare you away by being rude or seemingly not friendly. It happens but so what. Have fun and post often with some more of your fantastic photo's. -Joey

Your coin is not the FS-101 or FS-102.
You can see this by comparing your photos with the photos of these varieties at doubleddie.com:

@bowtechredneck .... Welcome aboard.... Your coin is not the FS-101 or FS-102... Cheers, RickO
Thanks guys I'm sure you guys are right but what is it that looks like doubling of course it's got to be a rpm type the reverse also looks twice as bad as the obverse I wasnt sure because I have not seen a dye obverse and reverse coin is it machine doubling?
The great photos go to cheep 1600x microscope with a extra added modified lens
Notice the radial flow lines. That indicates the die struck a lot of coins and is worn. Worn dies can show die deterioration doubling, and I think that's what you're seeing
