For 1964 there is no mint mark for Philadelphia, and 'D' for Denver. This is found to the left of the eagle's right leg.
1968 and after under Kennedy's bust there is an 'S' for San Francisco on proofs, a 'D' for Denver and after 1979 a 'P' for Philly. Now, I don't know since when, there is a 'W' for Westpoint, NY on special issues.
If you get a Redbook - even an older edition for reference, it will show you where these are located.

type 1 and type 2 Kennedy's are on Proof coins only in 1979 and 1981.
There are only 2 Kennedy's with the "W" mint mark of which both were struck in 2014. One is the 2014 w reverse proof and the other is the 2014 w gold coin. This may change but that will be up to new future releases from the mint. Try googling for other pictures. The P mint marks have been answered above by > @thefinn
