I sold many sets in 2008-09...never retired 4-5. Can I retire them now, STILL SHOWING AS CURRENT?

Thanks, I should have asked HOW?
Also, how do I link these sets onto my present sets page?
I added sets to the registry in 2001, through 2007-8. OLD USER NAME...sold most inventory.
How do I link these sets onto my present page, NEW USER NAME...started a new set last summer.
Same name on both psa subscriptions "of course" 8-10 years apart.
Registry doesn't know I'm the same person??? HOW TO LINK BOTH??
thank you in advance
john
I don’t think there’s a way to link your old user name data to your née user name. If you still currently own the cards, you’d have to add them to your inventory under the new user name.

@aflfan or @twhitmeyer might be able to assist or confirm the best path forward.
If you still have the old login, you should just be able to use that and go in and retire sets. After that you would need to delete certs/sets from the old login, go into the new login and add. If you don't have access to the old account, no idea and would require PSA involvement ...
Agree with the comments above. Do you still have your old login info? Are you able to access both of your accounts?
Thank you guys...old login is from 2001-07, no clue of that email, changed a few times.
maybe I'll try psa...
I would check with customer service. They should be able to move them for you without having to re-enter everything.
Seems like an issue for the set registry staff, rather than customer service. Not sure though.
