Mint damaged?

I was wondering if someone could tell if this quarter is damaged from the mint?

That is post mint damage ( PMD )
That type of damage cannot occur during the minting process. Sorry, but it led a rough life. PMD.

Welcome! I've seen examples like yours in a parking lot. They get pretty messed up.
