    Probably. Though it is likely that whoever the president is they will sign the bill. Very little reason not to, as in they are gonna make alot of $$$ for the mint.

    It won't be a true Morgan Dollar. It will have so much superfluous information on it that it will be a commemorative of a Morgan Dollar, not a Morgan Dollar.
