What's the weight?

I seen this 1982d Small Date at a B+M shop in a NGC holder. Is there anyway one can weigh to see if it's the 3.1 Copper? Maybe there are markers? Notice the coin is the 1982d but the slab doesn't have the "D" on the holder.

    Oh thanks. Good observation. I figured the Mint mark wasn't recorded so maybe the word "zinc" could be a mistake as well? Lol
    Keep in mind, i did not buy this.

    Yep. Plating bubbles for sure is zinc.
