Pokemon Psyduck 1999 53/62 Error Card ??

Hi, I have a question. I own 4 psyduck cards nr 53/62 with the fossil symbol. However, I have the same card but with Base 2 symbol. As far as I know, this card doesn't occur with the symbol Base 2. Does it mean that it's really rare, or that it's an error card? Thanks for any help and suggestions.

everything about this is fake, there are plenty of fake base 2 boosters on the market. even in the beginning. The font is the most obvious. after that the cut is off, the back is off. All indications that this was not printed by WOTC

Almost looks like a make your own / imitation as the type face, text alignment on the bottom for the copyright, and dithering dot pattern of the image is all different compared to the Fossil version. Where did you get this card?
I found this card in my old collection. It cant be fake beacuse i bought only legit Pokemons boosters. So what do u think is that card error or something? I can send more pictures if u need.

Well it is obvious that the images on the back of the cards are not identical unless it is because you are taking the pics seperately. you should take a picture of them side by side so the differences will be more obvious and the reflections/distortions the same.
