Is this 1882 CC real or fake? thoughts?

My concerns with this coin are, its a new seller with bad pics, there is a hit on the upper right breast of the eagle on the reverse, which is common for fakes. The bad pics makes it hard to say for sure, the look of the coin surface also looks off but again could just be the pics. Could I get some more experienced eyes to weigh in?

Both reported. I am beginning to feel like this is a duty. Ever notice that a lot of the sellers that post counterfeit coins have very low or no feedback?. This guys feedback rating is 1.

Walmart and other retailers seem to be becoming more like an eBay marketplace to sell other things on their website.
