That is pretty cool. What would this coin sell at?

The coin is priced at $3225 which is fair but I passed on the coin when offered to me. I have my eye on too many other coins right now.

I figured it had to be up there for you not to own it. The value that these trade at always surprises me. Still cool to see and look at!

It's more about how quickly and how much you can turn it around for right? I'm thinking fully priced may not necessarily mean good / fast return?

True, I was on the fence on this one for over a week. I actually do not care how quickly a coin turns, but quick is always nice.

If it was the only coin in my sight, I would have surely bought it.

Too many other coins I am looking at right now to tie up my excess cash that I did not want to commit to that one.

joey, do you want to find that variety or do you want to buy one :D

This is what I do not get. The price of the coin in joeys link vs the price of a major error coin like the one in the OP.

I have NEVER got the price difference in some varieties as opposed to major junk.

Maybe she did get it for you and you don't know it yet

I like some wild errors, but this one does very little for me. Never been a fan of scrap strikes and the like. And for $3k?

Naw because I am getting her CZ earrings as opposed to the real thing.

I did buy her real diamond earrings a few years ago and she recently lost one and specifically asked for CZ's.

She lost one a few months ago and wants to replace them with something. I will get the real ones again at a later date.

    The reason for not is......

......... my jeweler told me that this year, because of mask-wearing soo, soo many women are losing their earings which make a lot of sense.

I like it ok, but would prefer some of what you have been posting recently.

    The next round is amazing.

    Still needs imaging.

    I can't afford any of it ;)

I always liked these kind of errors on paper money, retrained scraps.

    Del monte anyone?

Yes, I agree that a lot of people have it much worse in 2020.

I just like facts, all facts, and my friend who runs a jewelry business told me of this anomaly. I found that to be another interesting fact of 2020.

    Peace.

I had not thought about women/earrings/masks... but it makes sense. I have had my glasses fall off a few times when removing a mask... earpiece gets caught in the strap. Have to sharpen my observation skills in mall parking lots etc.. Cheers, RickO
