Here's a new die trial I picked up because I loved the All-American design.
I haven't found any other medals with this design. Has anyone seen this before and is there any additional information available?
One thing I'm not too sure of is how this was struck as the reverse is concave. Any ideas?

Great design, and I have not seen that one before.....Very well executed. The incuse reverse has me puzzled though...appears the reverse die was just a blunt, non-detailed version, to ensure a finely detailed obverse.
Cheers, RickO
I also love the detail on this.
Looking at these really allows us to dive more into medalcraft and just exactly what it took to make these. Hopefully more info will show up
Sorry, no info either but dang....... that's a super well done design and die work!

That's a beautiful medal. Thanks, Zoins. But......it's so not PC.
Interesting conversation, but perhaps not the right forum?
Just a dumb joke on my part Zoins. Keep up the good work.
