The January FUN auction at HA is SICK

WeissWeiss Posts: 9,884 ✭✭✭✭✭

And I'm not talking coronavirus.

Just a few of the items you can win ;)

Which one are you bidding on?

There are a lot of cool coins in the auction. There is only one coin in which I have a mild interest.

I’m thinking a bunch of records will be set in this sale. We’ll see!

    What’s the bad news?

    Good luck to everyone! :+1:

I hope someone here gets the Stickney-Garrett-Partrick Brasher! Cash in your stock or Bitcoin profits!

I just learned that Virgil Brand had 2 Brashers, the only one to hold two at the same time! Parmelee had 2 but only while in the process of acquiring one and selling the other. Imagine owning this and one other Brasher, or even two ;)

I'll be keeping an eye out on this one!

That CAC sticker on the Brasher was a gift. 😉

    Does "sick" mean "good?"

I've never quite internalized that one yet.

    Bold Prediction:

The top items (shown here) will do well but the second tier items will be somewhat weaker.

It's kinda like predicting the sun will rise tomorrow morning and set tomorrow evening.

    Who will be next? :)

I bumped it up a bit hoping to have the high bid but no luck yet!

I was going to drop a low ball bid on it until I saw it's already up to $77k :D
