The California Diamond Jubilee and Oregon Trail

Hello!
This two Half Dollars are my favorites Commemoratives Coins.
However as usual in Europe not graded. May I ask you if they would be graded – what do you think would be the grade?
(only for my notes)

All the best and thanks in advance!

The photos are not good enough to make any grading call. They appear to be overexposed. Overexposed photos tend to hide small marks and other defects.

    All glory is fleeting.

    They are dipped and circulated.

Those are favorites of mine as well.... Based on the pictures, I would say AU something... Cheers, RickO

Cleaned/dipped. Otherwise nothing wrong with them. Suggestion; get the Vancouver and you'll have the trifecta.

You mean the Oregon isn’t a matte proof? 🤔

Q: When does a collector become a numismatist?

A: The year they spend more on their library than their coin collection.

A numismatist is judged more on the content of their library than the content of their cabinet.

The Oregon seems lightly circulated. Hard to tell on California.

I would not make a determination on dipping and, if I were you, I wouldn't put too much stock in opinions based on those photos. Everything will look dipped if it's that over-exposed.
