Just found this in a mint set. Hard to capture in pics, but looks crazy in-hand.
I assume these are scratches, but wanted to check here to see if there’s any evidence that it’s something else?
Giant lines on right side of coin and cross-crossing on bottom left of obverse.

It is strange for a mint set. How was the packaging? Other coins? Was it original government packaging?
1.) Y'all suck at disregarding.
2.) Packaging was normal. The mint sets I've seen so far haven't been the best as far as quality.
