I am at odds as to whether these Peace Dollars have ever been treated with a chemical and or cleaned or dipped. I just can not tell. Other forums members observations and opinions would be appreciated. Thanks very much.

Just frosty luster and a camera with out of balance contrast, The Peace dollars were prepared in ways that left particular surfaces. One of the reasons flashy proof likes are so rare. Those look like classic dollars out of mint bags

They appear to be frosty lustrous pieces to me and the type of lighting is likely enhancing how frosty they appear to the camera.

I like them. They look great to me. That doesn’t mean they’re 100% guaranteed never dipped. Many of the highest graded peace dollars have been. Done correctly, it’s an accepted practice. It’s impossible to know with certainty.
My first thought ... Nice coins!
I know nothing about coin photography but something about the pictures tells me that the lighting is not the best. Otherwise, they look fine.
They look like excellent Peace Dollars, with luster and clean surfaces. Cheers, RickO
They are probably just nice unc. dollars but the photos are not good enough to make a call about your question.
It’s also pretty common for these issues to have a chrome like luster as well as the dies got more worn.

I'm not sure if it's lighting as others have said but there are some hazy looking areas on the coins. I doubt having been dipped as it would take away luster instead of giving more of it. Maybe you can try to take some different pictures with less white balance.

I would be concerned some of those solid black marks will not easily be removed.

Thanks everyone!
I would say a combination of a quick dip and a little photoshop adjusting.
