What video file format is allowed in discussions?

I've tried a couple of video files(MP4) I made and first it rejected them due to size(limited to 52 meg) and then when I tried one at 48 meg it rejected saying wrong file format.

I wouldn’t expect them to allow any video format to be posted/hosted on the forum. It can get expensive for the bandwidth and storage. Much easier to find a host provider and link to it.
A link to a YouTube video will work.
You'd have to host it somewhere (youtube, etc) and embed it here.
You can convert them to an animated GIF using an online tool, if you are just trying to show a quick visual and don’t need sound
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
No sound just coin rotating in light.

I just do not know....
Oh well.... If I ever need to post a video, I will figure it out....
Cheers, RickO
This is my first video, so there is much improvement with movement, lighting and video editing to do yet.
What do you think, overall? I know it is too long also.

That's odd it worked for me in preview. How did you get to the link with out all the hoopola that goes with Vimeo? As you see, I'm not real sharp with this video world. lol I have a Canon macro lens that will be here shortly. The lens in the background is just a 3 lens that imitates a macro lens. Didn't work well at all.
thanks,
Jim
