I've been looking for a copy of this publication in numismatic literature sales and online for some time, figured I'd try the BST. The full title is as follows: 'THE MEXICAN PIECES OF EIGHT REALES and Their Domination in South East Asia; a Historic Survey of More Than Three Centuries of a Trading Coin.' by J. Busschers, Driebergen (Netherlands) 1999.

Hope you have more success than I've had. I had to request an interlibrary loan through my old academic institution to see a copy (most seem to be institutional), and it was a really great reference in terms of the reliance on hard data for early silver exports to China and SE Asia from the New World. However, it was the only chance that I have ever had to look at one.
