The planchets look perfectly centered to me. The coins look a bit off-center, though

I think the first one has enough date to identify. Either 1982 or 1983. Worth investigating.

Yes, the planchets were perfectly aligned...it's the press that moved.

I was thinking? Cameo? Possible Proof coin? 3.0 gms.

Proofs are struck on specially prepared planchets. Look at all the contact marks on the blank portion of yours. Not a proof

At my favorite B+M shop. She had many different ones. With dates as well. Ironically, majority of them were the 1999, 2000p's. Went through them all. I thought for sure I would have found 1WideAM? But no. Just these two. She had many blank planchet too. Quarters, dimes and cents. She wants too much for them I think, $10 for the quarters and $5 for the dimes.
