2019p Cent/ a letter "O" on Abe's jaw?
Hi guy's. Roll searching and came across this newer cent. Besides the die chip and die crack on Abe's head, what is that "O" appearance on Abe's jaw? Thanks

No idea.... neat coin find though.
Abe had Cheerios on the day of the sitting and got one stuck i his beard... Just a guess
Great pictures... Looks like a surface/plating anomaly, like a burst bubble prior to plating completion. Have seen similar in printed circuit plating operations. Cheers, RickO

Repetition of ignorance is ignorance raised to the power two.
I'm hoping I or someone else comes across another identical one?

Nice one.
How well centered is it?
I am wondering if it may be a remnant of the die-making process. Before the design is pressed into the die by a hub, the die blank has a conical face. At the vertex of that die face, a small circle may remain after hubbing, if the die blank face is not polished well enough beforehand.
It is a pretty well defined circle. Also, next to it looks like a half circle as well? I'll take closer shots later. Thanks
