Hope you make the show. Please give us a show report.
yes I will
Yes... Show report(s) please.... That one is within a tempting range of where I am, however, I will be working. Cheers, RickO
OK so i did make it to the show. It was held at the Tarrytown Marriot. It was in a meeting room of decent size. Tables were along the four walls and several tables in the middle of room. I would guess about 12 Dealers or so. Several dealers had very large inventories though. If you like US currency this was the show for you. Very large inventory of notes. Also saw the usual Morgans, Walkers etc. I picked up a 42-D Jeff for my set and real nice Iowa MS-63. Both are PCGS. They took temp before you entered room. I brought a Buffalo 3 legger raw to the show. My friend had put it aside years ago. Both dealers were unsure of authenticity. I will have to look at it more closely and maybe send to PCGS. All in all not a great show but not too bad either as i was able to pick up two nice coins. Maybe next time ill see Ricko there
Thanks for the report!!

A coin show in the middle of a pandemic the day after Thanksgiving doesn’t seem like a good formula for success.
I beg to differ i recently helped with a show not to far from that area amd the serious collectors showed up with a mask and and ready 2 buy.
This show has always been held on Black Friday and the weekend after Thanksgiving. Always successful so that is not an issue. As far as the pandemic goes ill hold my comments so it doesnt get contentious
We were up there visiting last year and hit the show, sounds like it was about half the size. Lots of notes last year too, always a big currency show every time I've hit it.
Yes it was smaller due to the distancing requirements unfortunately. The show promoter told me they dont use the Westchester County Center any more because they charge too much. They had no problem getting dealers to come to the show its just the room was only so big
I had no idea the show is always on Black Friday. Thanks for the update.
The first time I hit it was at the center, it’s nicer at the Marriott I think despite the smaller size.
