It looks like it was issued by a private mint, not a country or government. Private mint bullion pieces rarely trade for more than silver melt value in the US (and many times they are discounted). I don't see any markings indicating who made it, but it's likely of European origin since the weight is listed as 7,78 grams, not 7.78 grams that would be found in North America.
No marks or signature indeed

Good detective work. Very observant. That little comma is the best clue in that whole presentation.
NOT intending for things to get political, or I'll delete by own post....just trying to use facts to try to further nail down the circumstances of issue....
I assume the silver round is from late 2009 or possibly early 2010 as that Peace Prize was a little controversial (even to the recipient himself) so I don't think it would have been celebrated with a commemorative much after the date shown.
I assume it is uncommon or even "rare", but that does not necessarily equate to high value.
It is a private non-monetary issue. It is nicely executed. It is historical. Many may have been lost to the melting pot during the spike in silver prices several years ago. Factor all that together and somewhere in there might be a clue as to value.
Here you go, this link gives a little bit more info

Mr_Spud
thank you for your help!
I'll keep this comma observation in my mind
Yes I've seen it before but doesn't really help...
Do you think submitting to a TPG would make sense?

No. I doubt they will slab it. They generally don't slab such private issues. Even if they did, you'd be spending $40 to slab $6 worth of silver.
Keep it as is.... Not worth investing in grading/slabbing... Though our host will not slab it anyway.... Cheers, RickO
