Bad news. I'm sorry to hear that. I was at that show. I do hope they quickly catch the perps and recover the stolen goods. :(

Not real specific on the details, are you sure someone didn't leave the bag sitting on the roof of the car and drive off?

this is surprising in vegas - there must be thousands of cameras in that town, esp outside hotels - the loss sucks

while your suggestion is definitely possible, the "steal while loading others into the vehicle" is a common method.

How does one let a bag like that out of their hands? So foolish.

When I arrived at the Los Angeles Airport Marriott for the 1975 ANA my suitcase was stolen while I was checking into the hotel. I had my briefcase, with my inventory , in my hand the entire time. I immediately went to check my case into the security room. Being 2000 miles from home without your clothes and things is not fun.

Not good news... I sure hope this is recovered....More details would help, since such information may help others prevent such a theft in the future. Cheers, RickO

The good ole days are gone. With the current climate I do expect you’ll be hearing more and more of this type of thieving and in time get even worse. I sure hope they catch the perps and the coins and cash returned to its rightful owner.

I have a cart which can carry it all. One trip to bourse upon arrival and back to car when leaving.

Never ever leave bc or bag of coins unattended. It helps have partner who can assist / watch.

We are living in really bad times. 4x many Americans dead from virus than Kia Vietnam. Deaths increasing every day. Think about that. Many people going hungry, losing their homes, bankrupt, cc default months ago (needed money to eat), angry on news wealthy / stock market doing well. Their careers kaput, most likely gone for good. Age bias (older workers) in any job search slams door even further. If thieves know you have coins on u your big target.
