Still collecting inexpensive Jeff toners. One of these was a raw submission from a Dansco. Unfortunately it Genuined UNC Details as Cleaned. LOL - had my doubts. Toning was too good so was half expecting - Artificial Toning. Still pretty. The remainder are just TV that I like.

    Nice! My favorites are the proofs and the first 42-P.

    Very nice toned Jeffersons. I especially liked your 43-D.......perhaps that was the one that was "cleaned" ?

    @badger
    Very nice coins....
    1954 is tough with any color except maybe butt ugliness...
    1964-D is considered "common" and it certainly is, but not with color and not like your coin.... B)
    The 46-D is my favorite. Just beautiful.
    Well done!

    Not bad.

    • The 46-D is one of my favorites. It looks just like the Trueview in hand. The colors pop without having to tilt the coin.
    • The 43-D is the one that DQed. Hmm, just wondering now if PCGS would accept it as a restoration?
    • And I keep trying to stare cameo into the 1942-P proof. Looks stronger than some of the prewar cameo Jeffs that I have had. But not complaining as I could make a case on either side. The little bit of frost fade at 3:00 on the memorial hurts. And not sure if enough mirror on the obverse. (LOL - But I think NGC would cameo it.) Has a green bean on it atm.

    That '42P (404005270) is a very nice Jefferson....And certainly worthy of the PR67 grade. Cheers, RickO
