Anyone see anything wrong with these listings?

They're not ICG holders as stated in the description. There's tons of coins listed as PCGS that are not, yet eBay won't do anything about it no matter how much you report it.

He did put this on the bottom which is stupid as he could've left it blank:

please note when listing graded coins on eBay, USCG is not listed as an option. This is not graded by ICG, it is graded by USCG.

He only did that after after several messages.

Still shows and states grades on non-approved grading company.

Ebay listing policy

Listings for graded coins and currency must have been graded by an eBay-approved company such as NGC, PCGS, ANACS, ICG, or PMG.

Must not include a non-approved grading company, numeric grade or estimated value anywhere in the listing and can't show an image of the item in a graded holder if the image shows a grade
