They're not ICG holders as stated in the description. There's tons of coins listed as PCGS that are not, yet eBay won't do anything about it no matter how much you report it.
He did put this on the bottom which is stupid as he could've left it blank:

He only did that after after several messages.
Still shows and states grades on non-approved grading company.
From what I can see, not very good at grading either.

After several more messages the seller ended the listings.
