I understand this isn't a coin, but I believe it works well in the context of this thread. This medal has a clean, crisp obverse with a well executed conjoined portrait paired with a reverse that tells the story of the 1939 Royal visit to Canada through the map and legends. It is also superbly preserved and has amazing toning.
I have always loved toners, and this one really stands out to me. I like it because it is a British Conder Token (I collect 'em), it had a ship on it, and it has an old structure on it (something I really prefer in Conders).
