The coin probably grades somewhere between PR63 and PR67, likely BN, possibly RB.
A hairlined PR63 can look nearly perfect in an image, as the hairlines might not show. On the other hand, if the coin is hairline-free, I see no reason why it couldn’t grade PR67.
It’s fun to guess. But it’s essentially impossible to provide meaningful grade guesses for most Proof coins, based on images.

For common proofs like this eye appeal weighs heavily on the appraisal. I think 65 BN but if hairline free could be worth 10x or 50x FMV. Nice looking coin.

image too small and too dark to guess
Looks pretty big on my phone and the photo is direct from PCGS. Are you suggesting they messed up on the color?
my hd screen shows each coin at only 376 pixels in diameter. small
also, i did not say anything about color. i said it was "too dark"
Dark is an aspect of color. Color can be too dark or too light.

66BN is what strikes me.
