Is this a die chip above the W in WE 1964 Kennedy Half Dollar?

Can't make out for sure, but is this a die chip above the W in WE on this 64 Kennedy Half? Or possibly PMD?

I magnified the picture, and it looks to me as if the top, left leg of the W has suffered a hit, displacing the material. Cheers, RickO

Nice pics. I accept PMD. But I am curious about the connector between the W and E. Are they all like that? (I don't look at my coins that closely. ).
