Pretty cool. Note the toning. Full article is in the link below. I think they're missing the dime.

A shame there is not a better pic of those coins!
My Early Large Cents
Interesting... Cornerstones were once a big deal.... Not so much anymore it seems. Prior to building our new factory in Washington state, we had three older buildings, one was once a school. I diligently searched for cornerstones prior to leaving those buildings (they were going to be destroyed anyway), but never found any evidence of any. Cheers, RickO
It’s worth noting that Morgan $1 was worth $25 adjusted for inflation. Thanks Col Harts!
According to numismatic legend The 1928-P Peace Dollar was once known as the Cornerstone coin because for a while the entire production run was sitting in Treasury vaults, but the Treasury let it be known that if somebody needed one to put in a cornerstone they would be happy to oblige.
Cool story, thanks for sharing!

Cool story
Need a better pic! That is cool.
The cent is missing. Dime is there.
I'm not certain why folks think the dime and/or cent might be missing. They are all there in denomination order, left-to-right, from dollar to cent.

Sometimes, it’s better to be LUCKY than good. 🍀 🍺👍

Maybe that explains why we hear so many complaints that their eBay package was missing the coin.
It looks like an empty hole to me.
