How do the scratches on the lips/field affect the grade on this Barber Quarter? GTG

While still an attractive Barber Quarter, how do you feel these scratches affect the grade of this Barber Quarter?

The scratches are bad enough to lower the grade but not bad enough to make it not get a straight grade.

Definitely cause a lower grade... a lot of them in focal areas. Cheers, RickO
I would wager not as much as you think. I feel pretty sure those are more visible in the picture than they are in hand.

I'm somewhere from 55-62.
I’ve seen worse in PCGS 62 plastic. Nice coin.
