The 2 and the L seem to have splits.....the others look like machine doubling. Would like to hear from FredW about this....Cheers, RickO

I would say strike tripling. Lot of chattering on this coin.
Nice coin to study. The 2 looks like doubling but given everything else I
have to say not a doubled die from what I see. Good example of

I'd say mechanical doubling... or tripling. While the '2' does show a notch.... it is at a weird steep angle... like it was bent down, while the rest of the numeral does not show this. Just does not look right for a doubled die. I don't see notching elsewhere either. But an interesting example regardless.
