No, I don't think so. Looks to be post mint damage with the cut on the rim as a tell. Perhaps others will have a different or similar opinion.

I see raised metal around the defect.

Hard to be precise with those pictures but there’s a chance. The lighting and overexposure of highlights may be creating a false sense of topography.
