The perception of "cheap" differs from person to person. No set value. Just post what you think is a "cheap" certified coin.
This one is a cheapie, but I still like the look:

I definitely overpaid for this one. Cost me $15.00. But it is a pop 1 coin!
Great timing - just walked in the door after trading a few sterling silver necklaces for this crusty Morgan:
Definitely a Pop 1. Dominion Grading 2007 1c MS64 red, with a big carbon spot right smack in the middle of Abe's head.
Story - was just getting back into the hobby. Had bought an inexpensive raw large cent and just wanted to test my grading skills. Had never submitted a coin to a TPG and DGS was cheap. I asked my (very) young son if he wanted to submit a coin too and he picked one of his brand new shiny pennies. There is no other reason for a coin of this type/grade/description ever to end up in a holder, as on a good day it's worth a whole $0.01.

Both of these are formerly certified (they were cracked for a type set album).
Too cheap to pass up at the last local coin show.

But that coin is closer to VF than G?
And they gave it a weird grade of 6?

The amount I paid for this one wouldn't even cover postage to get it sent to a TPG. I just like the reverse of these coins.
There are some nice coins in here! Even if they are just face value. I thought this cents would grade but it had an old scratch I didn't see. Getting old is my only excuse.
