For some series, brittleness can be a real headache.
"Edge ding" on a German notgeld era porcelain medal.
Is it a die trial splasher on cardboard?
That was my first thought. It's a uniface "coin" and we're being shown the side with no dsign.

I have a number of those porcelain coins. I hope that doesn't happen to any of them.
I have some bakelite tokens that I worry about.
