PCGS PL Designation Expansion from 2019... Has it had any effect?

PCGS expanded the PL designation in July 2019 to all MS coins. For these questions, assume I'm not talking about Morgans or the other coins that were previously already eligible for PL.
How is PL going in your series?
Is there a premium on those coins?
Would you pay extra for a coin that PCGS designated as PL?
How common is it showing up now for the coins you collect?
Have you ever had one graded? If so, did you have to do anything special for the designation, or did they just assign it?
Would you consider trying to complete a PL set in your series?
After 15 months, they're still insanely scarce for clad quarters with a mere 23 in the pop report so far. So not common at all for my stuff.

Looked at a PL Merc on GC awhile back and it went for tons of money (over a grand for a $100 coin, or something along those lines).
That’s really my only experience. I learned that the designation means a lot to at least a few people, and I can’t afford to play with them right now.
I have quite a few coins that I set aside strictly for submission if/when PCGS started using the designation.

It's unfortunate PCGS limited the designation to MS coins only, unlike NGC.

I also wish it would expand DMPL designations rather than just PL..
Designated PL coins get premiums. The premium varies by series, grade, the depth of the mirrors, and cameo contrasts if any.
Collectors pay for 'pretty'....be it color, cameo, mirrors et al. Much like fishing, the best lures get the fish.
