I bought the coin and informed the seller it is counterfeit. His reply:
"put the 31342994 number in the PCGS database. It comes back as 1884S MS61. The coin is in better condition than my 1884S MS60 morgan when I compared them side by side. JEFF B"
He then cancelled my order and relisted the item, so I bought it again. Please report this new item:
It seems that ebay ID gooddealcoinshop is determined to sell this counterfeit to someone.
I'm sure glad I added this dishonest seller to my BBL.

He couldn't even pay the shipping on that one?

And overgraded to boot. Had that been genuine it still would have ended up bagged from what looks like an obvious harsh cleaning with a wire brush.

I messaged him that it was fake etc and he responded by offering it to me at a steep 6500 discount
Deleted, as a different listed coin checked out.

Auction pulled by the seller (not eBay).
This was not ended by the seller, I bought it to make sure nobody got burned.

Seller knows better based on his other auctions. Either that or he just went blind.

PS: reported.
If the seller knows better and it keeps showing up, it's time to report him to ACEF.

Now shows as no longer available but not removed.
Seller is correct, the cert does come back as the MS-61 coin but with this image of the genuine example:
Seller ended it after I sent him a link to this page and a link to one other forum that his coin was mentioned on.
