My first impression was that it is a doubled die when looking at the 'T'. But looking more and thinking about it... not so sure. Is the 'T' the only part showing the doubling effect? What gives me pause is the thin width of the left side of the 'T' horizontal... the uppermost layer is very thin compared to the other side. I would think the uppermost layer of a doubled die should be normal thickness.... just doesn't seem to make sense to me at this point.
Hard to tell on the other letters, due to glare and focus.... additional sharper photos may help.
