Some of those I see look like pliofilm toners. Doubt you would get such an array of color by baking them all at once on a cookie sheet. For every nice non spotted high grade Jeff taken from a pliofilm pack, there are a hundred others that are not worthy of a premium. IMO, these are those.

I've worse in straight graded holders. The wheat cents look more AT than these. For those saying a few look MA, consider the source of the coins.
