I got curious about the maker of my 1990 PCNS medal today so I did some searches and found out it was created by Masterpiece Medallions run by Lee and Joyce Kuntz.

Did anyone here know George and Joyce? Did they do their own engraving and minting?

It's really impressive that he's the 8th person to complete the Sheldon numbered variety large cent set. How many people are there today that have accomplished this?

Biography
Born in Milwaukee. Married to Joyce. Received masters degree in engineering from University of California at Los Angeles. Proprietor of Masterpiece Medallions.

The eighth person to complete a set of all Sheldon numbered varieties of early U. S. large cent. The collection was consigned to Superior for sale in 1991.

He received the Glenn Smedley Memorial Award in 2007. General Chairman for the 2009 ANA convention in Los Angeles.

Here's an article from Coin World saying Masterpiece Medallions also did a 2011 medal fro the Fairfield and Vallejo coin clubs. I haven't found a specimen of this yet.

Fairfield, Vallejo coin clubs issue 25th anniversary

In honor of the 25th anniversary joint Christmas party held between the Fairfield Coin Club and Vallejo Numismatic Society of Solano County, California, the clubs will be issuing a limited edition .999 fine silver round.

The obverse will feature the joint logo of the two clubs, an eagle perched on the Liberty Bell, while the reverse will depict the head of a Clydesdale horse, in honor of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, which hosts the annual gathering at its brewing facility in Fairfield.

The round is being minted by Masterpiece Medallions of Claremont, Calif. Only serial-numbered silver rounds are being minted: no pieces of other compositions will be produced. Delivery is anticipated in early December 2011.

The price for each round is $45, plus $5 for shipping. Payment for the rounds must be made in advance and the ordering deadline is Oct. 31.

I found a medal where 2 clubs shared its obverse dies and created the 1990 Pan Pac 75th Anniversary.
