As stated with strike doubling on reverse I believe and not sure what kind on obverse? Under the "God " appears to be some other lettering or numbers? Sorry my eyes are bad this week just wanted to get second opinion before i set it aside for junk doubling. I assume same as last one its die deterioration on obverse? Ty

Looks like you've got some radial flow lines indicating a well used die on the obverse. There may be some die polish marks, as well. The mint got their money's worth from that die.
The reverse also appears to have the radial flow lines along with some mechanical doubling and/or Die deterioration doubling.

What I don't understand is the stuff underneath the in god we trust , Its not the same letters etc. look at last two pics, I looked this up before posting and there are articles about this issue with people speculating on it being "e-pluribus" from reverse and coin flipped ?
I can't really see anything from your pics, but since there appears to be polishing lines, the die may have been clashed. The area opposite IGWT is STATES.
This is an overlay from Maddieclashes. Maybe there might be some residual clash marks remaining, but I can't tell. However, since it's so indistinct, it wouldn't really add any extra value.

Machine doubling, die erosion, 35 years of wear.....maybe, just maybe, some minor clash there, but really cannot be sure. Cheers, RickO
