PCGS called this MS, but with its hammered devices, raised rims, and mirrored fields, it sure looks PL to me, but I don't see any mention of a proof or special striking for this year/demonination. Feel free to share your French Indo China if you got'em.

I like this type and used to have a few. The 50 and 20 centimes are pretty available in high grades at reasonable prices. I had trouble finding a nice unc piastre I liked though.
