2017 p nickel die chip?

As stated ,I keep find this same issue in a lot (like 5 total so far in searching since i started this almost 2 years ago of 1995-present on nickels. Always in the "O" on reverse Monticello. I post one before same issue. I believe its a Die Chip? Thought at first Cud but those have to be near the rim? TY for any info you have on this type error?
